You're a mom, life is FULL! I designed the lessons so that you can watch them in small bits, here and there. Each lesson is between 15-30 minutes, there's 11 lessons total.

Is this like online therapy?

No. This course is not therapy and doesn't replace 1:1 support.

I include many of the same strategies and tools that I teach therapy clients, but this is an educational and skills-based program rather than a therapeutic one.

Is this the same as what you offer on Instagram?
