It feels like life is non-stop these days and as a result, you’re feeling totally overstimulated, irritable... and you’re not exactly loving all that comes with being a mom right now. I see you.
I know how it feels to be at the end of your rope as a mom. You're not feeling like your best self these days. You're overwhelmed.
And I have a solution.
I’ve put together a free, 45-minute workshop for moms who are feeling like they’re burning the candle at both ends. In this workshop, you’ll learn exactly what changes to make in order to feel like a calmer + happier mom (Yes, this is actually doable and no, I’m not prescribing totally unrealistic self-care practices).
This workshop is entirely online. No worries though, you won't be on video (just me!). It's live, so you can ask questions in the chat and I will be able to offer some support with what you need!
I work as a Registered Clinical Counsellor in British Columbia, and I specialize in perinatal mental health (which is a fancy term to say that I focus on improving mental health and wellness for women in the pregnancy and postpartum phases of life).
I help women deal with anxiety, depression, and overwhelm on a daily basis - so I know how hard this is to balance, yet I ALSO know that there's a way to feel a lot better! Change can happen fast!
