Hey, I'm Kate!
I'm a therapist and work with mamas in the self-help world - my job is to help moms feel less overwhelmed, more like themselves, and to manage all that's on their plates! (and I know, it's a lot!)
What I want all moms to know is that if this stage of life is hard (as in... shockingly hard) then you're more normal than you think! And, there's a way to get through this overwhelm.
