You feel like you have no time for yourself. Your to-do list is miles long, never-ending and doesn’t exactly include YOUR needs. You’re feeling depleted and like there’s nothing left in the tank.
The advice to take time for self-care might even feel annoying. Like, who has time for this?
But here's the thing: Your mental health is at the core of you and your family's well-being. And it all begins with your willingness to care for YOU.
PEOPLE KEEP TELLING YOU...
"You can’t pour from an empty cup and you need to prioritize self-care”
… but how are you supposed to fill up that cup when you’re completely overwhelmed, spread thin, and you feel like there's literally ZERO time that’s unaccounted for??
I get it... self-care seems impossible. Plus, you're the LAST person that gets attention in your home...
You have no spare time. and honestly, who has any extra time with young kids? Most moms feel overwhelmed just by the thought of adding self-care to their to-do list.
And even if you do find the time, you feel like you should be doing something else. Mom guilt kicks in because of social programming ("I have to give everything to my kids; I feel badly when I take time for myself”).

We’re helping you find ways to fit self-care in to your busy mom-life.
No, you don't have to find extra time... that doesn't work very well anyway. This is about creating opportunities to add self-care to your regular mom-life.
We're going deeper.
This challenge is NOT about checking off boxes like bubble baths and massages… it’s about realizing that you CAN prioritize yourself in meaningful ways that don’t add to your burnout.
Hey, I'm Kate, a proud mama of two daughters, a mental health therapist and educator for moms + moms-to-be.
I'm completely committed to supporting moms to live the best life they possibly can because becoming a mother can be surprisingly hard (it sure was for me).
I believe that taking care of yourself is part of what it means to be a good mom. Self-care doesn't have to compete with parenting! They weave together, and I'm going to show you how. This is why I created the challenge—so I could lead you through a 6-day deep dive where you come out on the other side with a healthier perspective.
I'm here to help you flip the script with self-care and help you feel like the mom you want to be. The coolest part is that the skills you're about to learn will always be there for you as a tool going forward, anytime you need them.
